Trifles and Treasures sale

Saturday, Oct. 27, starting at 9 a.m. is the Faith UMW Trifles and Treasures sale. The ladies have been setting up, pricing and moving items for days, and now things are coming together wonderfully. Here are a few items to preview:

UMW Sunday Highlights

On Sept. 9,  Faith United Methodist Women provided the service.

Evelyn Cooper spoke on "Love is the Answer, " giving examples from her own experience and talking about her more than 60 years of marriage to her husband, Bob.

Members participated in various offices, and President Margaret Rieger managed to keep the whole morning running smoothly.

Saturday, October 27, is Trifles and Treasures, the group's annual (?) fundraiser. We will be selling many, many items (though no clothing) and will raise funds to help the needy locally, in the Dakotas, and throughout the world. You may bring donated items beginning now. Unbake Sale

There is still time to not bake something for the UMW unbake sale. Donations (replacing both baking and buying baked goods) may still be given. Please see Donna Seaton if you have a donation.

Meeting today!

Kathy Erickson is giving the program and also serving as hostess today. We'll look forward to hearing about Focus Day from those who attended.

Next month, Donna Seaton gives the program and Bertha Brenner is hostess. That will be 10 a.m. June 2.
